When the hotel receives the reservation, the full amount will be charged to your credit card. No refunds are allowed in case of cancellation, early departure or no-show (the reservation will only be held for the first night). If payment is refused, the hotel will cancel your reservation.
You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date. After that time, if you cancel the booking or do not show up on the day of arrival, we will charge the full amount of the booking to your card. If you leave early, the charges will be 100% of the entire booked stay. When booking 4 or more rooms, special cancellation and payment policies may apply.
