We offer a wide variety of apartments with a capacity for 2 to 4 people, depending on the size and distribution of the apartment. We have studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments.

All of our apartments have a private bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi,  and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, we provide bedding, towels, and personal hygiene products.

We send the link for online check-in in the reservation confirmation email. We also sent this same link a few days before arrival via Whatsapp.

At this link you can check-in online by taking photos of your ID and validating it with a selfie.

Check-in is normally from 3:00 p.m. However, if we have the apartment ready in advance, you can check in earlier than usual.
If you arrive earlier and the apartment is not ready yet, you can leave your luggage at reception from 11:00 a.m., our staff will store it until the apartment is ready.

Check-out is until 11:00 am. For direct reservations made through our website with the promotion of 1 hour of free late check-out, you can enjoy leaving at 12:00 p.m. If you want you can extend your stay, we have a late check-out service subject to availability and a rate of €10 per additional hour.

In the online check-in link that we send through the confirmation email and Whatsapp you can make the payment for the reservation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and even bizum cards.

For reservations made through our website or by phone, you can send an email to reservas@castellbeach.com and we will cancel your reservation. Cancellation fees are governed by the reservation’s cancellation policy.

For reservations made through other agencies, you must cancel the reservation through the site where you made the reservation.
